Who runs this website?
The website is run by Glasgow University Heritage Retail Limited. This is a subsidiary company of the University which donates all profit to the University. Last year we gave £90,000 profit to the University using Gift Aid, making a total donation of around £120,000.
Your website has changed and I cannot find what I need!
Sorry about this! The website now contains more products than ever before, but there are a few for which we are awaiting either new photographs or new stock. If you have a particular product in mind please get in touch and we'll try and speed the process along or sell you an alternative.
Is everything you sell available on your website?
Sadly not! We carry hundreds of lines in the shops at the University and the Hunterian and listing them all just isn't possible for our small team. What you see online is a selection of the most popular items in our shops, and will also change when there are big events like graduations, new exhibitions at the Hunterian, or for seasonal occassions like Christmas. Meantime, if you saw something in our shop that you cannot find online please get in touch and we'll try and make it available for you.
You have run out of my size! When will it be back in stock?
We endeavour to keep a full size range wherever possible. Usually sizes are back in stock within 2 weeks. However, where an item has been discontinued by suppliers it may take longer. You can contact us to ask for a more definite time.
You used to have a certain colour and now I can't find it!
Sadly if the colour you wanted is now unavailable in any size it is likely to have been discontinued, either by us with a change of season, or by our suppliers.
